Abstract : With the advent of artificial intelligence and data, intelligent vehicles have become a central matter both in academia and industry for the promises they exhibit. Through this paper, we explore the possibility of building a system that allows a personalized driving experience. After collecting non-invasive minimal sensing information, the driver can be identified through his profile where his own driving style is characterized and evaluated using both supervised and unsupervised machine learning approaches. Results are assessed in terms of intelligible driving behavior related features. Based on the extracted information, individual-tailored eco-driving recommendations can be displayed online or after the drive.
