Note: Online Journal Publication (only) is free for authors those who register for IRAJ Research Forum/ Associated Organization Conferences.
All the submitted papers will be published only after successful full payment of publication charges.
PUBLICATION PROCESS OF THE JOURNAL:
The ultimate objective of this process is to maintain the quality of research publication. The publication procedure is expected to complete within 5 to 60 days depending on the category of the author.
The publication process consists of the following steps.
- After receiving the complete paper in .doc format the author will receive an acknowledgement e-Mail from us. It will have a paper id which will be required for further communication.
- All manuscripts will be checked by plagiarism checker software.
- Primary manuscripts will be checked by the Editor
- The manuscript will be sent for double blinded review.
- Based on the double blinded review the editor of the Journal will take the final decision and the decision will be communicated to the author. Decisions can be of three types Accepted without revision, Accepted with major/minor Changes, Rejected.
- After the final review process if the paper is accepted then an acceptance notification and a payment request will be sent to the author.
- Author needs to deposit publication fee after the payment request
- After receiving the payment, the author will be sent a payment confirmation.
- Then the author has to send scanned copy of the filled in copyright form in reply to the emailed acceptance notification.
- Once the copyright form is received, the manuscript will be published online. The PDF version of the paper can be downloaded from the journal website.
- The journal volume and issues will be printed and dispatched to the postal address mentioned by the author.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
The author can make payment by any one of the following methods:-
- Online link provided in the Acceptance Letter (via Debt card/Credit card/online banking)
- Bank Deposit to our Bank account mentioned in the acceptance letter (NEFT/RTGS/Cash Deposit)
- Western Union Money transfer (Contact us for more details)
- Via PayPal (Contact us for more details)
Note: Kindly contact us before making the payment if you want to use any method except method 1.
POINTS TO REMEMBER:-
- Kindly communicate only with the mail ID from which you got the acceptance letter.
- Mention the details (Conf. Name/Date/Venue/Universal Paper ID or Volume and Issue of Journal) etc while calling.
